who broke your heart
I find myself writing about the person or people who have hurt me in the past. Trying to come up with the words i could say to them if i had the chance or the courage. Your heart doesn't have to be broken by a girlfriend/boyfriend/or any other significant other, but by anyone. A parent, a friend, someone else you trusted and broke it or anyone else you cared for. Write about the person, or people, who hurt you. What did they do? Why did it hurt as much as it did? What would you say to them if you had the chance?

I shoved you away from me, for 7 years it took me to accept that
I was in love with you.
You said you loved me too
I guess it was a lie.
Wasn’t it?
You tricked me.
You told me we would be okay
We would be beautiful
Now look at me.
My bleeding self, on the floor.
Wrists slit.
Is this what you wanted?
I tried to do what you wanted.
