Winter
Winter is inching closer and closer, though it may not officially be winter the weather would make you think it is.
Write a micro-poem of what winter is to you. It does not have to be a literal meaning, it could be of memories or feelings you associate with winter or how you depict the season.

The Black Bird
The sky is leeched of color.
The sky is bleak and white.
Somehow flat and and yet, still alive.
