Terrifying dreams

A child knew

A life preparing

Him for all he

Could do.

His life was hard

It never stopped

Asleep or awake

The price was pain

Never loved he didn’t

Know why so he gave

It freely trapped inside

Inside his head most

Of his life anxiety

Controlled his fate

Not much he could do

He knew he was different

He always knew

His dreams always

Showed what he would do

A warrior was made

God had a plan

He would become strong

By the touch of her hand

His life was a prison

Or so he thought

It was really just teaching

Him what he needed to see

A special boy

Became a man

He would light

Up the world

God had a plan

Defeated and sad

The time had come

To put all he had learned

To a test

He failed a few times

Or so he thought

Each one he grew

A little more soft

Levels are levels

They help us see

Where we need help

So we can be free

Gods son saw his light

She helped him shine bright

He’s beginning to see

All he can be

The man leveled up

became all he can be.
