A preacher once said

Just a closer walk Jesus

Will keep you right

A farmer he was

Planting seeds

That grew in

The hearts of

many

He loved god

His faith was strong

Helping others

Find god

It Was

his cause

He had a son

Who once believed

But went astray

And caused a scene

And hurt many

His son returned

A prodigal seen

A miracle indeed

God was pleased

Joyful joyful

We adore thee

The preacher

played on the piano

A great day

Was made

Then one day

His son

fell away

Lost again

Faith gone

Years went by

Bigger scenes made

More hurt and pain

Then one day

His son returned

A new heart

A clean start

A preachers heart

A farmer to start

Planting his

own seeds

To grow in the

heart of many

All is possible

If you believe

A prodigal son who

Once had horns

Grew back his wings

A New day has come

Hopes and dreams

A family restored

God made a way

Never give up

Your faith

and always

Pray for those who

Have Lost their way

For god always works

In mysterious ways

Love came home

And all was well

In the hearts

Of many.
