Weird skeleton

Just 200 F. Was a cool day. I was taking my morning run as usual, until my feet hit something that took me to the ground. I thought that was just a rock. But, when I look around, the only things in the floor were bonds. But, there was something weird with then... What kind of creature just have one head?
