Happiness

When you forget,

what you are doing,

in the midst of it all.

When your work feels like nothing,

No effort at all.

You lose yourself entirely

and the hours fly by.

Because you are happy,

you don't ask why.

You just go with the rhythm,

of life's awesome beat.

You can feel it run through you

and it just feels so sweet.

This is what happiness is,

Not something to seek.

But something that slips in

when you are just at that peak.
