“They say that no man is an island

And good things come to those who wait”

but when you wait for as long as I have

You start to wonder when will it be your turn,

when will good things happen to you and not those that hurt you

You see the struggles I’ve faced, 

and the weakness I try to hide.

I feel dead on the inside

Yet I smile to hide that weakness

No one but you knows the truth behind it

But “It’s my Life, its now or never

So make the best of what life brings you

Don’t act rashly, nor should you over react

Take it day by day, living life to the fullest

Or live your life through songs

’Cause without music, I would have gone mad

Need a savior? But not religion

Use music, I know its saved me
