Sweet winged Cupid, why forsake us now?

Hath time made you forget your vow,

Vow to make us one in harmony

And work together in misery?

Blind Cupid, answer thy call,

Innocent Juliet now cries to the wall

Don't just listen to her anguish 'til tomorrow

Don't find delight to hear her moans of sorrow.

Oh wretched selfish Cupid,

Why made my world suddenly morbid?

Do you find shooting amusing,

Then leaving us without even a warning?

Cupid, Angel of Hearts, if I may ask,

Was the Love in your eyes just a mask?

If not, then hast thou ran out of arrows?
