Mama Died

This pain is way worse than when dad passed away.

Prob because I had 30 more years to love her than dad.

But seriously, nobody loves you like your mother.

Her love was strong and sure. Always there.

I tell myself that the amount of pain I feel by her passing is proportionate to the depth of love that there was between us.

I also tell my self that one day in the future that same proportion will manifest itself in joy when I look back and remember her.
