Make a poem about an animal that keeps escaping you

Memory deficit

There is a great four legged beast of burden

That I cannot seem to remember.

Methinks I have heard it say foo.

Or maybe it was maa?

At times I can smell something foul

As I drive down a country road.

But I just cannot place

Which creature is making that stink.

I think I recall shades of brown,

Or is it a black and white spotted hide?

Leave me alone with my tall glass of milk. And let me enjoy my butter-slathered steak.

As I zip up my leather jacket before I ride,

The critter's name still slips my mind.

I'm done worrying about it, I don't care.

Because that animal keeps escaping me.

What were we talking about?
