Belong

sovereign eyes,

owned this snowy winter’s night

a fierce dominance

letting her know of

his wants

she was his

words,

which roll off the

wine suckled tongue

saturating her blood

a desire,

coating every passionate nerve

hands that caress,

and make one to forget

taking and giving

both of which her body responds

twinkle lights cascaded

in the midst of the roaring fire

nothing could douse

this claim

like her lungs craved air

he was her dream and

her most fearful nightmare

she belonged to him

not because he demanded

that of her,

but because she couldn't stay away

right or wrong-he owned her

in him,

will she forever remain
