Kisses and sickness

Kisses leave you dizzy

Later you're left sick

Runny nose, tired eyes

Head feeling cloudy,

knifes run down your throat

leave you hacking

All you want to do is sleep

But life goes on

and so must you

There's work to be done,

you aren't sick enough to have an excuse

and so you must keep moving

To think,

That this could all be prevented

denying a single kiss
