Stalker Farms 1st Annual Horror Short Contest
I work for a haunt attraction in Snohomish WA called "Stalker Farms". It is an immersive experience haunt with story lines and characters, so we are looking for stories, back stories, tall tales, feverish recollections, bad dreams haunting memories... Write a horror story that creates a tale of horror around one, two, or all of the characters described herein. We will link from our Facebook to your entries on Prose to get you more readers! These are short stories, we are looking for up to 500 words max. Our staff will pick a winner. If anyone lives in Western Washington then we will comp tickets to anyone that enters a submission and wants to come out. The winner gets $100. Good luck! Write a story about any or all of the following characters: Suzie - The golden child of the Slasher family. She is spoiled rotten to the core. Her demented giggles taunt her play mates. Over 30 years old but she still doesn’t look a day over eight. Chuck - A butcher that takes a lot of pride in his cuts. He is known for his barbecue, just don't mind pulling a few human hairs out of your teeth. Make sure you don't complain or you will find yourself unlucky enough to be served next. Eski - No bloody sacrifice is enough to appease the terrible craving for blood demanded by this horror, born of a thousand tortured soul's tormented screams.

Demons Inside

Eski, who is Eski? Being known as being a creature causing bloody sacrifices and screams of the tormented souls they have tattered. Perhaps they aren't a creature, but a demon in the form of a horrifying monster no one can perfectly describe, but what caused them to be this blood-thirsty demon?

Deep in the pits of hell lives these demons we know can enter our world without a barrier to restrict them. Eski is just one of hundreds of them, but Eski is very different from the rest. Eski is a demon who can not only possess but can take a fantasy form of a monster that no one could believe would exist. Very few mortals have seen this form, and those who have are dead, souls trapped inside this demon only making it stronger. This demon takes the form of a shadow and stalks its victims for days before taking over them, never to return to their normal state. There is a story to this monster, and it is the talk of the town. 

Eski was once a human, two humans, twin brother and sister who were the same in every way. Their names were Andy and Alice. Young reckless siblings that never left each other’s side. one day a hurricane hit, wiping out their home and the city around them, they got separated through the storm, but something kept them together. They were wearing bracelets they made for each other and both had a feeling of where the other was deep down. Little did they know a strong power was possessed in the bracelets that caused this. It took hours before they finally reunited, but after they found each other, heavy debris had fallen onto them, crushing them and their bracelets, but with the power they had, the bracelets had fused together and caused the twins to become one, the strong power dragged them into hell with a burning, stinging force that hurt brutally. Demons all around looked at them with confusion, never seeing anything like them. Lucifer had come to them, a look more confusing than the rest. He asked who they were, honestly, they didn’t know themselves, so trying to speak at once, all that came out was “Eski.”  Lucifer accepted them, feeling their strong power, he had a huge request for them, Eski to take a form in the human world and take human souls to bring back. They couldn’t not do it, the power they held caused them to feel the need to do it. Eski accepted and began to take their new form.

Now Eski takes their form as a tall back shadow figure, torturing their victims and suffocating them in their shadows, their dark magic getting only stronger with every soul. Andy and Alice fused to make a frightening monster that causes pain for all, striking fear into the hearts of everyone who are left clueless of who's next. Eski is the biggest fear to all, never giving mercy.
