Animal Cruelty

We think they don’t understand

That they don’t think like we do

That they don’t care like we do

That they don’t feel like we do

But that’s not the truth

They know what’s happening

Hungry pets in the streets

Who thought they were saved when they were bought

Only to find they were better off not

The sad thing is, that’s only half the problem

Pigs, cows, chickens and more

Being abused by workers

Just for the fun of it

Being kicked

Getting sick

But they have no choice

They have no voice

They can’t stand up for themselves

So who will?
