Challenge of the Week LXXXVIII
Persuasive Writing. Continuing on the success of last week's challenge, we tackle persuasive writing. You can write about anything you want, poetry or Prose, but you must be persuasive. Perhaps it's an essay. Perhaps a point of view. Perhaps an unpopular belief. Whatever it is, persuade us.

Okay so I know those words don’t mean anything but I need you to try this. It’s a bowl of rice with a raw egg and some soy sauce mixed together.

Wait, wait, look, I know it sounds kind of gross to put raw egg in something sounds really gross but the trick is to make sure the egg is really well mixed up. Then when you add it to the rice it becomes like this delicious sauce that sticks to the rice, transforming it into this Eastern style comfort food that fills you up in the best way.

Maybe you’re worried about your rice tasting like eggs. That’s why you want to make sure it’s mixed evenly through the rice so no one bite has too much egg in it and you just get that creamy texture I told you about. So now we have this wonderful stick to your ribs texture and comfort but it still needs some flavor. Well what does almost everyone add to their rice? Soy sauce, that’s what, and this is no exception. Hell, you could add some scallions if you were feeling frisky.

So now you have this comfort food that could rival anything the south can put out and next time you’re feeling down or sick just remember all it takes is some rice, an egg, some soy sauce, and like twenty seconds to mix it up.
