Silent no More

Round as a wheel and smelling so fine;

Full of holes to let in a sweet breeze;

Eaten with great bread and served with good wine;

It is none other than the humble cheese.

“Poets have been mysteriously silent on the subject of cheese.” -G.K. Chesterton
