I look for you in rainbows

and search for you in the stars.

These memories of you

I feel like I’m chasing cars.

My heart breaks daily

remembering your smile.

I imagine your laugh

as we sit and joke for a while.

Adventures seem so lonely

without your monster in play.

Those fields of right and wrong

we lost them along the way.

I’ll try and keep my nods up
