My Angel of Death

My angel of death looks,

Mysteriously beautiful,

But comforting,

And compassionate.

He has wings of silver and black,

Arcing majestically,

From his back.

His eyes are also silver,

Shimmery and wise,

Never closing,

Holding mine.

Black hair,

Soft glow,

Strong grip,

Pulling me close.

He is gentle,

He is loving,

He is stable,

He is mine.
