THE RISE

The wounds have dried ,

The scars are still there ,

They remind me of our pain ,

Now it's time for us to heal together .

If love I get in return

I am ready to endure the pain you grant ,

We are all we have , we are all we need ,  

Time , beyond and forever .

And with the new dawn breaking ,

With new dreams shaping ,

I watch the sun is rising ,

With the belief of a new beginning .
