Why are you angry?

Anger equal murder.

The child rebelled.

"But teacher! I've been angry.

Even yesterday when dad

grounded me. But I didn't murder.

The teacher looked at the child.

Empathetic toward his feelings.

The teacher in a soft voice,

Murder starts in the heart.

Anger starts the moment you find

Something or someone unacceptable.

When you do not accept the situation

You give it control over you.

Watch your heart.

Your resentment becomes your fear.

The trial you face enrages the heart.

The trial you face tortures the soul.

The trial you face has given life to your fear.

The resentment has empowered you

To wipe out this person from your heart.

Anger is murder, even though

they still live.

Acceptance is the key to LOVE.
