First grade Tragedy

A young heart beats fast,

For almost every boy in class.

Hateful words such as go away,

Wishing they would let me stay

A boy who always made me smile,

Red hair and freckles for miles.

Two desk close together,

Best friends forever.

When the next year came around ,

He was no where to be found.

The boy had to change schools,

Which for me, was very cruel .

A memory that will always be mine,

Of a Friendship that would last a lifetime .

But Fate comes in and hits me fast.

Only lasted in that first grade class.
