The relationship with Humans and The waters

The oceans and seas are extremely undervalued. People do not realize how beautiful and wonderful the great waters actually are. Instead they trash it, they pollute it, they poison it. They kill species needed for the well-being of the enviroment. Oil spills, dumping trash, sewage. These are only a few of the countless things humanity does to this habitat. What can we do? Is it reversable? Can we, humankind, actually do something to save the fleeting prosperity of these awe-inspring creations of nature? Are we able to reverse what we have started?
