Sensual Spirit

Crisp white wine

Poured from its bottle

Tantalisingly slowly

I pull back on the throttle

Teasingly, pleasingly

He’s wanting to lead

Captivating, enrapturing

Eyes never leave this steed

A licking of lips

And chinking of glass

Adrenalin rushes

Deep feelings amass

Warm scented candles

Add a flickering light

He moves right beside me

My thighs clench tight

Clothes still remain

Pooled around on the floor

The lingerie I chose

Discarded by the door

It’s a perfect ending

To the perfect night

Making passionate love

Of which a poet could write
