The fact we were brothers
So oddly abashed
I just propagated indifference
But away from your psychosis

Choking back my swallowed rage
Burning my tolerance
From sore beyond raw
Affecting then times of any
Kindness & charity spent
Goodwill transitioned
Diffusing into malcontent
Leaving then a search instead
Concentrating rather root intent
Chewing mouths & dripping chins
Instantly disgust sets in
Half a planet obese
The rest too thin
Momentary imagined sin
Twisted-fuckin-morbid grin
No words conveyed what I wanted to say
Thoughts disembowel...
Silent anger holstered
& tucked precariously away
Dream of what's right
As witness to wrong
Ignorance complicit
Gone far too long
This compass may enlighten
A particular sense of direction
Integrity-or others lack thereof
Just may edge insurrection
Surging patriots-emerging-wait for it
Fertile ground may run rampantly red
But will any worth arise
From those who fall dead...?
Signs from the sky
Wasting time
Neglected complacency
No longer benign
With a clenched fist-the severed resist
