Hey,

It's me

A couple years down the road

You,

Our youth

I thought of all yesterdays

The good ones...

The bad ones too

I thought of all the love you shared

And the times you felt empty

I miss being that young

I had so much to live for,

So much yet left to do

Look at you...

You are lucky really

Alot more time

Alot less to worry about

Clinging to the fact that you exist

You are here you say

While the air ripples in front of you

And your naked feet touches the soil of Mother Earth

And you believe in it,

When you close your eyes

You could almost see it

The cracks and the gold dust that appear as reality 

This was where i'm at,

Where you belong

In the moment where dreams gather inside of you

Close enough to touch it

Just out of reach 

I know we'll make mistakes

It is inevitable

You have to...

For me

If i could relived yesterday,

Even just for awhile

I'd promise no more grief in tomorrow

Where the bliss in today will last

And since each day is the same

You won't be longing for the past

So when tomorrow starts without me
