Don’t Put on the Red Dress Tonight

She prowls about,

A sinner,

A woman of the night.

Temptation is the poison in her sharpened claws,

The sweet gift of money will only sate her appetite.

Cars drive by,

Drunken men turn their heads,

Yet a vixen lies already with him.

Hours,

She waits,

Ready to pounce,

Tiring never.

Her prey approaches,

The smell of whiskey follows closely.

She slithers to him,

Smiles seductively,

Then is surprised.

Large hands grasp,

Claw,

Sending pain throughout her body.

"The darkest part of the night is 3 AM. Haven't you heard?"

Nothing.
