Fear of Death?

Why are you afraid of dying? Death comes naturally. Honestly I'm more afraid of not living. Think about it. You wake up everyday, eat breakfast, go to work and then come home, have dinner and start the whole process over again. 

You exist.

But can you say with absolute certainty that you live?
