To believe what we see

May lead us astray.

Our world has notions

Which are perceived as truths.

Ideas are not concrete,

Yet they are often presented so.

This helps to feel comfort

In a world that is not understood.

We pretend to know

When we do not.

We have lost sight

Of all that we cannot see.

Simply a notion.
